Report illegal content

In accordance with the EU regulation on digital services (Digital Services Act, DSA), we provide an electronic notice mechanism for reporting any content on our platform that you consider illegal.

This mechanism is easy to access, free of charge and user-friendly. It lets you send us a sufficiently precise notice, with the following information:

  • the reasons for your report;
  • the exact location of the content concerned (link, listing, profile or message identifier);
  • your identity (last name, first name, contact details);
  • a statement on your honour confirming that the information is accurate and that you are acting in good faith.

As soon as we receive your report, we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with a reference number. We then examine your notice within the time limits set by the regulation and inform you of the decision taken (content removed, kept, internal measures, etc.).

Where we suspect a criminal offence threatening the life or safety of persons (for example: sexual content involving minors, serious threats, calls for violence), we reserve the right to report it to the competent authorities, in accordance with Article 18 of the DSA.

To report content, please fill in the form below. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Give the full URL (link) of the reported content, or its identifier (listing, profile or message number, etc.).

Reasons for the report

Explain why you are reporting this content. Describe the facts as precisely as possible (dates, messages received, concrete elements, etc.).

Screenshots, documents or anything else useful to examine your report. Up to 5 files, images or PDF, 5 MB each at most.

Fields marked with a star are required.
